¡Iberia se luce!

Ultimamente estoy muy descontento con la compania Iberia.

Para empezar, en mi ultimo viaje con ellos, se rompio una maleta (una maleta rigida de la marca Delsey). No hay duda que la rotura se debe a un impacto importante, como puede ser una caida (nada extraño, cuando ves como tratan las maletas. ¿Cuantas veces ves maletas volar de manos en manos, y caerse de las cintas y de los camiones…?). Como consecuencia del impacto, el contenido de la maleta llego tambien dañado.

Me diriji en seguida al mostrador de Equipajes Iberia (CdG T2D, sala2) y me dijeron que me pusiera en contacto con el CAT Iberia (Centro de (des)Atencion Telefonica), ya que segun me dijeron, en el mostrador ya no hacian constatacion de este tipo de incidente. Claro que esto fue muy listo por parte de ellos, y muy tonto por mi parte no quedarme alli hasta que me dieran un numero de incidente… Total que lo unico que me dieron fue un papel (una fotocopia cutre) con el numero de telefono, el fax y el email de Iberia.

Lost TV Show

I’ve just watched episode 18 of Lost’s season two (“Dave”), and… whaou ! it’s really awesome!

After a somewhat slow beginning, season two appears to be really good! Every episode is better than the previous one! I’m looking forward to seeing the next one. I’m also afraid of missing the show when the season will end.

Could it really be what the episode seems to say? Is everything part of H.’s mind? Don’t know… By the way, have a look at The Transmission’s blog for an always excellent complement to the episodes.

Cacti host templates for Unix v1.3

I’ve released a new version of my Cacti host templates for Unix systems (HP-UX, Solaris and Linux).

This new version introduces the following changes:
* ucd Load Average GT seemed somehow messed up in v1.2 (load5min missing in xml, reported by eyechart). I think it is solved now.
* New Uptime GT (all OS, contributed by Mikf here)

*WARNING*: Import each Host Template twice!!
It seems that sometimes the templates are not correctly imported after the first import (associated grath templates and/or data queries are missing). Importing the templates *once again* seems to solve the problem (at least in cacti 0.8.6g).

Feel free to download version 1.3 of my Cacti host templates for Unix, and use and/or redistribute it under the terms of the GPL license.
